I am an empathetic and compassionate soul who understands the complexity of the mind and heart and to connect it as one. I am passionate about fostering positivity and understanding to bring genuine love, peace and harmony to all I encounter.

My fortuitous life challenges and overcoming many obstacles have deepened my capacity for empathy, allowing me to connect with individuals facing arduous challenges. As a young child I was faced with instability, insecurities, violence and fear in a dysfunctional family dynamic. Through most of my journey I experienced emotional, verbal, physical and sexual abuse, and was held hostage at a very young age. The trauma and grief I experienced emotionally, verbally, physically and financially was a huge part of my life, until I came to the realization that my sanity and peace was far greater than my experiences.

In that pivotal moment I realized that being alive is a miracle and magical, and that my purpose is greater than my past. In the grand scheme of things, nothing happens TO us but FOR us to come back our wholeness.
